Pay by cash or by check on delivery ONLY FOR DELIVERY IN ITALY

1. HOW CAN I ORDER THROUGH CASH ON DELIVERY?

► The customer places the order on the e-commerce website www.ftppianoforti.com

► FTP receives the order

► FTP sends an invoice to the customer

► The customer sends an order confirmation per e-mail to FTP

► The goods will be shipped to the customer

► The customer will pay by cash on delivery

Att: Only for national shipment.

2. HOW CAN I PAY BY CASH ON DELIVERY?

The Customer may pay on delivery by:

►By cash: for amounts less than 999,00 (nine hundred ninety-nine) Euro

►By check

Remember: we do not accept any payment by Post Bulletins.

Please remember that:

► The carrier guarantees the delivery of goods only after the payment of the amount agreed upon. The carrier will return the amount to FTP.

► If the customer decides to pay the amount by cash, he/she has to give to the carrier the exact amount. The carrier is not required to keep the change.

► The customer is required to pay for the correct amount. If it does not, the company FTP will contact the customer.

3. WHAT ARE THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES?

The delivery of goods, after receiving the order confirmation, depends on the destination and method of shipment.
