1. HOW TO ORDER OUR PRODUCTS WITH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

► The customer places the order on the e-commerce website www.ftppianoforti.com

► FTP receives the order

► FTP sends the invoice to the customer

► FTP sends a payment request per e-mail which is referred directly to the secure PayPal page.

►The customer will do the payment

►The goods will be shipped to the customer

The order will sent to the customer only after receiving a confirmation of the crediting of the amount on the PayPal account of FTP no later than 7 (seven) working days from the order date. Beyond that time, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Remember: the order can be executed only by the cardholde of the PayPal accountr, then it should be necessary, as in the case required to be delivered to different address than the owner, FTP reserves the right to request some additional data to verify the accuracy of the credit card.

3. WHICH ARE THE BANK CHARGES?

Bank charges are paid from FTP which pays a fee to manage the account in total security. So the customer has not to pay any fees. If there are any currency conversions they will be paid by the customer.

4. WHICH ARE THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES?

The delivery of goods will happened only after crediting of the total amount on the PayPal account of FTP. It depends on the destination and the type of shipment.

5. MY PAYMENT BY PAYPAL IS NOT PROCESSED

The credit card company which you associated to your PayPal account,may have rejected the authorization to debit the cost on your card as a result of one of the following reasons. In this case, FTP will contact the customer by e-mail or by phone.

Possible reasons:

► There is a credit limit on your bank account

► The customer has accidentally selected an incorrect type, number or expiry date of the card

► There are dashes or spaces in the account number that have not been recognized

► The card associated to your account, was issued recently and has not been activated yet

6. WHAT IS PAYPAL?

PayPal is the most reliable way to make payments online. You can pay with your credit card without communicate the details to the seller. By registering for free, you can open your account that allows you to make payments using your e-mail address and a password. Your account can be associated with a credit card (up to a maximum of eight), a prepaid card. You can also top up your card with a bank transfer without any charges.

Open a free account on PayPal

Click on “Register” on the website of PayPal and fill in your details in the short form. Now your PayPal account is created.

Add a card to the account

► Open the e-mail and se the total amount to pay.

► Click the "Pay Now" button to continue.

► A page in italian will appear. Click on the orange button "Continua" to continue.

► Select your country.

You will find the italian word "Paese" that means Country and the work "Italia" that means Italy (our country). Just click on "Italia" and select the country.

The page will update in order to change the language based on the country selected (italian, english, german, spanish, french).

► Now you can choose to pay with PayPal account.

► Fill in your details, review and confirm the payment.
